Kevin Pannewitz

Kevin Pannewitz has long since shaken off the reputation as a troubled child. The Berlin born youngster knows he has to take the chance with which VfL Wolfsburg have presented him and that has become clear in every training session. The 20-year-old has also earned himself a nickname – 'Buffy', given to him by Felix Magath in memory of his former heavyweight team mate Johann Ettmayer. Kevin Pannewitz now wants to make headlines at VfL Wolfsburg – on the pitch! Youth career Pannewitz began his career in Berlin where he played for MSV Normannia 08, 1. FC Lübars, Nordberliner SC and Frohnauer SC. Professional career After several seasons with Tennis Borussia Berlin, he joined FC Hansa Rostock in summer 2008. On 10 June 2012, VfL Wolfsburg announced on their official website the signing of Kevin Pannewitz from Hansa Rostock on a two-year contract.
