Tomas Svedkauskas is a goalkeeper born on 22 June in Marijampole, Lithuania. He began his footballing career in his homeland before making the switch to Fiorentina in 2011/12 where he featured in the Primavera side. He earned rave reviews for his performances at the Viareggio tournament, where he was named best goalkeeper. Roma signed him in July 2012, and he joined up with the first team at their training camp.
